- 30 Universal-size CONTROL* Cover Gowns
- Two 50-count boxes of Procedure Masks
- Two 25-count boxes of FLUIDSHIELD* Visor Masks
- Any combination of 3 boxes of 150-count STERLING* Nitrile Exam Gloves
