Purchase extends Kimberly-Clark Health Care's reach in the $2 billion market for chronic spinal pain management products  DALLAS, Oct. 5, 2009 - Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) announced today that it has acquired Baylis Medical Company's pain management business, which includes a number of innovative, minimally-invasive radiofrequency pain management products.
