Archives of Surgery Results of the first clinical trial of InteguSeal* Microbial Sealant have been published in the September 2008 edition of Archives of Surgery Titled “Significant Reduction in Incidence of Wound Contamination by Skin Flora Through Use of Microbial Sealant,” this prospective, randomized, multi-center study was designed to test the hypothesis that application of skin sealant prior to incision reduces microbial contamination of the wound.
