| The new Customer Portal will be replacing the current Marketplace tool in August of 2009. The Portal will include the same order status information as well as a number of other new features. | |

| Fill out the quick online form located here: Access Request. | |

| What if I already have Marketplace access? | |
| If you already have access to Marketplace, then you will be automatically set up for the Customer Portal. Your user ID and password will stay the same. | |

| How is the Customer Portal different from Marketplace? | |
More than just an online order status tool, the all new Customer Portal can help you effectively manage your business with 24/7 access and information at your fingertips. It's a user-friendly, yet comprehensive system that allows you to manage all of your transactions on a day-to-day basis.

| Is this for North America only? | |
| Currently, the Portal is for customers who order directly from North America. This includes all customers in North America as well as our international customers that order from North America. | |

| I purchase my Kimberly-Clark products from a distributor. Can I still use the Customer Portal? | |
| The Customer Portal is only available to customers who purchase directly from Kimberly-Clark. However, the new and enhanced product catalog will be available at www.kchealthcare.com for all customers to access. | |

| Can I place orders via the Customer Portal? | |
| With the initial launch of the Portal, you can check your order status but not actually place the order. Future plans for the Portal include capabilities to order online. | |

| Is your product catalog changing / will it be up to date? | |
| Yes, the Portal will include an all new product catalog with robust information and download capabilities that are all up to date. | |
